You stood by as your precious parents were reduced to headlines. Your parents, who put you first and who not only showed you but gave you the world. As always, they will be rooting for you as you begin your next chapter. And so will we.”

A Lesson in Diplomacy: Prime Minister Shinzuro Abe, leader of Japan, the world’s 4th largest economy, has demonstrated to Pres. Duterte that this is how national leaders communicate with each other. Japan invaded the Philippines in WW2 and certainly the atrocities committed by its troops are still remembered but there was no cursing this time. Abe has been well advised and what he has done was a masterful diplomatic stroke that I hope will not be lost on our President, used to his style of dealing with cutthroats and small-time criminals. I also hope the Bong Go will know where to position himself in times like this. Was that UniQlo Mr. Abe was wearing?
